Our standard delivery service is a 3 working day delivery from the date of dispatch.
Do I have to assemble the bike?
Please note that this product requires very basic assembly which takes around 10 minutes.
The only assembly required is mounting the handlebar by installing 4 bolts.
Do you offer warranties?
This product is supplied with a 6 months return to base warranty.
Maintenance: All off-road vehicles such as these require frequent servicing + maintenance and common parts will sometimes require replacement. Please do not purchase this product unless you are willing to maintain the vehicle to a high standard.

Where can I ride my bike?
Important: Please note that these electric bikes are only suitable for riding in dry conditions. Damage caused to the electrics by water will not be covered by warranty.
Where to ride: UK law states that electric products such as this should not be used on a public highway & should NEVER under any circumstances be used on the road. Riders should always observe the essential warnings & safety advice for our products & should only ride this bike while wearing safety equipment & a helmet.
